July 31- August 4 It was a blast!! A heavy week but a very fruitful one. This event, I can consider one of the main event in my internship. I have interacted with different people I have discussed different ideas and shared my creative thoughts. Local Investment and Incentives Code is a workshop where different municipalities discuss and generate their LIIC and those participants were very active and jolly. At the time we were preparing tools and things to be utilized on the activity and I've been questioning myself if I could handle to participate because of my social anxiety in which in LGSF last time there were not so many participants and only a small room but for LIIC it was a huge one and there were really like 2 times bigger number of participants during the LGSF. During the first day I was a bit cautious cause I don't want to make a scene like what if I make a mistake or do something unethical but I pulled it through. I was able to communicate with different personali...

Thanks to her allowing me to rotated I was able to make contact with different localities and heads/Focals addressing the problems and solutions that can be generated  in doing the problem solution matrix.  This is the Problem Solution Seeking Matrix where different persons like the City Director and barangay captains. They discussed problems that their community faces in starting their projects and passing different papers in order to execute their activities. It was a fun and interactive session because they were open to every questions and giving their opinion and thoughts. Facing different personalities was a good experience for me because I rarely have an opportunity to learn face to face from higher ups.  I...

JULY 17-21 I started the week 6 on a work from home format, waiting for my mentor to ask assistance or lend me some works. I messaged her last week regarding my topic and she told me that she'll send me the corrected format of my Policy paper topic and if my topic be chosen I will just focus on making our policy paper On this week, I can feel the pressure coming up for the Policy paper, knowing that only me and Nong Kevin will do the policy paper. I had a lot of though thinking if I can help him because I don't have that knowledge in setting up a policy paper even though we had already made one. But with his trust in me, by also encouraging e along with Ma'am Jenica, I found my confidence back. Nong kevin and I had topics in mind but Sir Makoi told us to go with the SK Officials topic. As my proposal was pushed through we have started to draft our statement of the problem and the objectives but, we were clear on what to focus at first so we had to think and to think what ...

I had also finished and signed our activity design and passed it to SRMU. There was time that we argued about the graphics that we will use because it causes us some delays. We went to see the regional director of DILG 6 and he asked us the reason why we want to conduct this study. He also made a recommendation on adding 1 or 2 reactors to maintain balance in the said topics. So, after our discussion we headed at our mentor's office and talked about who we can invite cause its already 3 days before the KM Serye and we need to rush because we need the reply already. So, I made the letter for Love Baronda. I was afraid if we can pull it thought a such a little time for the preparation and there were a lot of changes with regards to the activity. Adding the conditions, there was a s...
